Our trip to Seattle kicked off with an unforgettable meal at Miss Pho, and I have to say, it was the Best. Pho. Ever. The broth was absolutely out of this world, making it hands down the best pho we’ve had, by far!
The owners, Terry and his wife, are wonderful people, adding a personal and warm touch to our dining experience. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. The service was amazing, with everyone being incredibly friendly and attentive.
We started with the Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings, which were incredibly flavorful and crispy. The calamari with garlic butter was the best calamari I’ve ever had, and the fresh spring rolls were incredibly fresh and delicious. The lychee lemonade was a delightful and unique drink that I highly recommend trying.
The rare steak pho was divine, with tender meat and a broth that was rich and flavorful. We also tried the stir-fried tofu over the rice platter, which was delicious. The crispy chicken wings were another highlight, perfectly garlicky and crispy.
The food and coffee were 10/10, and I can’t wait to come back and try more items from their menu. Miss Pho offers the friendliest service and the best dining experience I’ve ever had at a pho restaurant. Local Pho is an absolute delight and definitely deserves more than 5 stars! The owners are incredibly sweet, and the cozy atmosphere makes it a perfect spot for regular visits. The pricing is really good too, making it an excellent value for the quality of food.
The pho and banh mi are both flavorful and generous in portions. The Thai tea is delicious, just the right amount of sweetness. Their smoothies and boba are also fantastic, with the perfect sweetness balance.
The establishment is easy to find, though parking is limited. If you’re staying downtown, it’s within walking distance. The place is small but welcoming, and the outstanding service is both prompt and attentive. The food comes quickly, and everything we tried was lovely. I highly recommend the combo pho and spring rolls – you won’t be disappointed.
Local Pho is conveniently located across the street from the Belltown Inn and offers a good variety of pho, banh mi, and other Vietnamese dishes. Despite being not too busy on both of my visits, the food remained tasty, and the service was consistently kind.

We stopped by to eat while waiting out the traffic to downtown, and wow, the food was amazing! The menu selection is mouth-watering, and we ended up choosing bun rieu, pho beef ribs, and pho oxtail. Every dish was delicious, and all three of us loved the food. I highly recommend this place!
The food at Lotus Pond is exceptional, with each dish offering its own unique, fresh flavor burst. I’ve been here three times since opening week, and hands down, this is the best place north of Seattle to get oxtail and beef rib pho. The meat on both falls right off the bone. My personal favorite is the roll-your-own spring roll, which adds a side of creativity and fun to a delicious meal. The veggies complement the tasty varieties of grilled meats perfectly.
I also love their won ton soup, which I’ve always ordered to go. The homemade won tons are simply wow. Along with great food, the service is outstanding. Everyone is friendly, upbeat, and attentive, making each visit a pleasure.
