The food at Phodega is nothing short of exceptional. As a pho enthusiast, I’ve tried many places, but their ox tail phở, available only on weekends, truly stands out. The wide noodles bring back nostalgic memories of Saigon, offering an authentic taste that’s hard to find in most Vietnamese restaurants in the US. While the menu may not feature a combination phở with tripe or a poached egg add-on, these are minor details compared to the rich flavors and satisfying portions.
